He has over 35 years of experience in helping both home sellers and buyers in San Francisco and north San Mateo County. His years of experience, extensive network, knowledge, and skill allow him to provide the highest level of customer service to his clients.
David has become an expert in helping his clients prepare their homes for sale, marketing homes owned in a trust as part of a probate process, as part of a 1031 Exchange or owner relocation. In addition, David has become an expert in the purchase and sale of tenant-occupied homes and small multi-unit properties.
David has experience in helping his clients with the purchase and sale of single-family homes, TIC units, Condo units, and small multi-unit properties. He also is affiliated with a team of Commercial brokers at Compass to help serve his clients with larger multi-unit properties.
